A Message to Our Members
We have a lot of exciting new technology on the horizon. While this will result in some abbreviated hours, — closing at noon on Thursday, January 31 and all day on Friday, February 1 — the returns on these advancements will be lasting. You will notice them in a newly-heightened focus on convenience with technology at the center.
In addition to the shortened hours, you may also experience intermittent disruptions in service on Remote Deposit Capture as well as Home & Mobile Banking from 1/31/19 – 2/2/19.
When you will see the changes: The upgrade will go “live” on Thursday, January 31, however, you will not have access to Remote Deposit Capture and Home Banking until Saturday, February 2. Your new home banking is It’s Me 247, which is a fully integrated, secure online banking community. You will log in using your account number as you do today (without a suffix) and temporary password (last 4 digits in SSN).
What you need to know: You will receive a new ATM and Visa® Debit Chip Card
prior to the upgrade. DO NOT attempt to activate or begin using your new card until February 4, 2019. Merchants and ATMs will not accept your old card after February 3, 2019. Please activate the new card on February 4 and then destroy your old card by cutting it in half.
To ensure your personal information in our system is correct, please contact the credit union with any changes related to address, email, or phone numbers prior to Thursday, January 31, 2019.
Your payments will be made as scheduled. However, don’t plan to schedule or access the bill payment features over the upgrade weekend, as for the former system will not be available.
